About Noomart

Noomart helps people find space to rent in Malabar's smaller towns, starting with Areekode, Mukkam, Kondotty and Manjeri. We list office rooms, shop space, godowns, houses, flats and rooms, posted directly by the people who own them. Owners in the villages and small towns around these four towns can list too, and tenants can search by place.

Why we started

In smaller towns, finding a place to rent usually means asking around, watching for "To-Let" boards, or scrolling through WhatsApp and Facebook groups. It is slow for tenants, and owners with a vacant room often wait months for the right person to hear about it. Large property websites focus mostly on cities, so many good places here are never listed online at all.

Someone starting a small business, such as a clinic, a tuition centre, a travel agency or an accounts office, should be able to see what is available in their town in a few minutes. Families and students should be able to compare houses and rooms without paying a broker just to find out what exists. That is what Noomart is for.

How it works

• Owners post for free. They add the rent, size, facilities and photos.
• We verify every listing. Before a listing goes live, we call the owner to confirm the details.
• Tenants contact owners directly by phone or WhatsApp. No sign-up is needed.
• Listings stay fresh. They expire after 60 days unless the owner renews them, and anyone can report a place that is already rented.
