This policy explains what information Noomart collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information you give us

When you post a listing, we collect:

• the property details you enter, such as type, town, locality, rent, size, facilities and description;
• the photos you upload;
• your name and mobile number, and whether the number is on WhatsApp.

When you report a listing, we collect the reason and any details you write. We do not ask visitors to create an account.

How we use it

• To publish your listing so tenants can find it.
• To call you to verify the listing before it goes live.
• To show your phone number to visitors who tap "Show number" on your live listing, so they can contact you.
• To review reports and keep the site free of fake or outdated listings.
• To prevent abuse, for example by limiting how many requests come from one connection.

Your phone number is not printed in the page itself. It is only shown when a visitor asks for it, and we count how many times that happens so you can see the interest in your property. Photos are re-saved when uploaded, which removes hidden data such as the GPS location some phones attach to pictures.

Cookies

Noomart itself uses a cookie only to keep site administrators logged in. Google Analytics and Google AdSense set their own cookies, as described below.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Noomart: which pages are visited, how visitors found the site, and general information such as device type and approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. Owners' private edit links and admin pages are never sent to Google Analytics.

Advertising

We may show ads from Google AdSense to keep the site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info.

How long we keep information

Listings stay until the owner deletes them or we remove them. Expired and rented listings are kept so owners can relist them, and are not shown in search. When a listing is deleted, its photos are deleted too.

Your choices

• You can edit, mark as rented, or delete your listing at any time using your private link.
• If you lost your link or want us to delete your information, contact us from the phone number used in the listing.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Listing details are public by design. We may share information if required by law or to protect users from fraud.

Children

Noomart is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
