Terms of use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Noomart. By posting a listing or using the site, you agree to them.

What Noomart does

Noomart is a listing platform. We help owners show vacant property and help people find it. We are not a party to any rental agreement, we do not collect rent or advances, and we are not a broker or agent for either side.

Posting a listing

  • You must own the property or have the owner's permission to rent it out.
  • Listing details, photos and the rent must be true and current.
  • If you are an agent or broker, you must say so when posting.
  • Only post property in the towns we cover, and only property that is actually available.
  • Mark the listing as rented, or delete it, once it is no longer available.
  • Do not post photos you do not have the right to use.

We may edit, refuse, hide or remove any listing, for example if it cannot be verified, has been reported, or breaks these terms.

For people looking for a place

  • We call owners to verify listings, but we cannot guarantee every detail. Always visit the property before paying anything.
  • Pay advances by bank transfer or UPI, get a written receipt, and sign a rental agreement.
  • Do not use owners' contact details for anything other than asking about their listing.

Not allowed

  • Fake, duplicate or misleading listings.
  • Listings for anything other than renting the property described.
  • Collecting phone numbers from the site in bulk, or sending spam.
  • Trying to disrupt or break the site.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Noomart is not responsible for any loss arising from a listing, a rental agreement, or dealings between users.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
